The Watermill is a beloved independent bookshop and café housed in a converted 18th-century watermill in Aberfeldy. The café serves excellent coffee, home baking, and light lunches, while the bookshop stocks a wonderful curated selection. It's about 20 minutes from Kenmore and well worth the drive.
The Watermill is one of those places that everyone who visits raves about. The combination of excellent coffee, irresistible home baking, a superbly curated bookshop, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect half-day excursion from Loch Tay. The building itself — a beautifully restored watermill — adds to the charm.
